Abstract

Darbā tiek izpētīta Ķīnas Tautas Republikas speciālo ekonomisku zonu ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaiste valstī. Šīs zonas ir uzskatītas par efektīvu instrumentu, kuru valsts izmanto ārvalstu kapitāla piesaistei, kas sekmē tās ekonomisko izaugsmi. Darba pirmajā daļā ir apkopoti ārvalstu tiešo investīciju un brīvo ekonomisko zonu teorētiskie aspekti, bet otrajā daļā ir izklāsta Ķīnas Tautas Republikas ekonomiskās politikas un ekonomiskās izaugsmes attīstības gaita kopš 1949. gada. Darba autora izvirzītā hipotēze, ka Ķīnas Tautas Republikas speciālās ekonomiskās zonas ir efektīvs ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaistes instruments, daļēji apstiprinās, pamatojoties četru zonu analīzi darba trešajā daļā. The study presents the analysis of attracting foreign direct investment into the People’s Republic of China by the special economic zones. These zones are considered as an effective tool for attracting foreign capital that can foster the economic growth. The first chapter presents the theoretical aspects of foreign direct investment and free economic zones. The second is describing the economic policy and economic development of the People’s Republic of China since 1949. In the third chapter author provides the analysis of four zones, that partly confirms the hypothesis that the special economic zones of the People’s Republic of China, are an effective tool for attracting foreign direct investment.
