Katrīnas Sprudzānes bakalaura darbs „Pārtikas produkta etiķetes ietekme uz pircēju lēmumu pieņemšanu”.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām un pircēju anketēšanas rezultātiem, izpētīt etiķetes elementu ietekmi uz pircēju lēmuma pieņemšanas procesu, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus pārtikas produktu etiķetes veidošanai.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek izpētīts pircēju lēmuma pieņemšanas process, to ietekmējošie faktori un īpatnības, lemjot par pārtikas produktu iegādi. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizētas etiķetes lomas un funkcijas, kā arī etiķetes ietekme uz lēmuma pieņemšanas procesu. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēti iegūtie aptaujas anketu rezultāti.
Darbs sastāv no 60 lappusēm, tajā ir iekļauti 19 attēli, 5 tabulas, un pievienoti 2 pielikumi. Izmantotās literatūras un avotu sarakstu veido 64 vienības.

Bachelor paper’s aim, based on theoretical knowledge and buyer survey results, is to explore the impact of the label’s elements on the buyer decision making process, and to develop recommendations for the creation of the food label.
Thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter investigates buyers' decision-making process, factors that affects the process, and characteristics of decision-making when it deals with food product purchasing. The second chapter analyzes the role and functions of the label, as well as the impact of the label on the decision-making process. The third section analyzes the results obtained by a questionnaire.
The work consists of 60 pages, it includes 19 pictures, 5 tables and 2 appendices. Literature and sources list consists of 64 items.
