Darbinieku motivēšana SIA „Rīgas Satiksme” Galvenā mehāniskā darbnīcā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „ Darbinieku motivēšana SIA „Rīgas satiksme” Galvenā mehāniskā darbnīcā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmumā SIA „Rīgas satiksme” Galvenās mehāniskās darbnīcas pastāvošo motivēšanas sistēmu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus motivēšanas sistēmas uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, kas dod priekšstatu par motivēšanas nepieciešamību uzņēmumā. Otrā nodaļā tika parādīta uzņēmuma raksturojums. Organizācijas raksturojumā ir veikta uzņēmuma darbības sfēras, kā arī uzņēmumā nodarbinātā personāla raksturojums. Trešajā nodaļā ir izstrādātas četras anketas uz teorijas pamata. Bakalaura darbā tika izmantota tāda metode kā anketēšana, kurā bija uzzināta pastāvīgo darbinieku pašreizējā attieksme pret uzņēmumā SIA ”Rīgas satiksme” Galvenās mehāniskās darbnīcas pastāvošo motivēšanas sistēmu, kā arī apkopoti ieteikumi no darbinieku puses, kādi uzlabojumi vai izmaiņas ir nepieciešamas. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 81 lapa. Darbā ir ietvertas 2 tabulas, 27 attēli, 5 pielikumi, izmantoti 27 literatūras avoti.

The title of the Bachelor’s Paper is ‘The Motivation of Employees in ‘Rīgas Satiksme’ in the Main Machine-Shop’. The aim of the Paper is to find out the system of the mechanical workshop in the enterprise SIA ‘Rīgas Satiksme’ and work out the suggestions in motivation system improvement. The Bachelor’s Paper consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with theoretical background that gives a clear understanding of the motivation necessity in the enterprise. The second chapter demonstrates the enterprise profile. There has been covered the description of the enterprise operation sphere and occupied personal in the organizational profile. The third chapter supports the four elaborated questionnaires based on the theoretical background. To accomplish the Bachelor’s Paper the following research methods were used: questionnaire that carries out the employees’ instant attitude towards the main mechanical workshop’s motivation system in the enterprise SIA ‘Rīgas Satiksme’, as well as drawn general conclusions about employees recommendations in the necessary improvement or recession. The wordage of the Bachelor’s Paper is 81 sheets. The 2 charts, 27 displays, 5 supplements have been included in the Paper and drawn on the 27 bibliography.
