Uzņēmuma AS „Cēsu alus” uzņēmējdarbības raksturojums un analīze

Abstract

AS „Cēsu alus” uzņēmējdarbības raksturojums un analīze Autors: Oskars Darba vadītājs: Dr.sc.eng.,asoc.prof. Aivars Goldšteins Darba pamatā ir Latvijā otra lielākā alus ražotāja AS „Cēsu alus” saimnieciskās darbības analīze. AS „Cēsu alus” ar katru gadu palielina pārdotās produkcijas apjomu, kā arī uzlabo gan piedāvātās produkcijas sortimentu, gan arī kvalitāti. Bakalaura darba temats ir aktuāls, jo saimnieciskās darbības analīze ļauj labāk izprast uzņēmuma darbību, kā arī laikus atklāt iespējamās problēmas. Bakalaura darba mērķis: veikt AS „Cēsu alus” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi, atklājot pozitīvās un negatīvās tendences uzņēmuma darbībā, kā arī izstrādāt ieteikumus tā uzlabošanā. Darba uzdevumi: savākt analīzes vajadzībām nepieciešamo informāciju; iepazīties ar ekonomiskajā literatūrā ieteikto saimnieciskās un finanšu analīzes rādītāju aprēķināšanas metodiku; veikt uzņēmuma SVID analīzi; noskaidrot stratēģiskās plānošanas lomu uzņēmuma ilgspējas nodrošināšanā; izvērtēt AS „Cēsu alus” personāla vadības politiku; analizēt AS Cēsu alus finanšu vadību, pielietojot finanšu analīzes metodes: salīdzināšanu ar iepriekšējo periodu, ideālo līmeni un nozares radītajiem;  analizēt AS „Cēsu alus" finansiālo stāvokli, aprēķinot un novērtējot analīzes pamatrādītājus; veikt AS “Cēsu alus” tirgus izpēti veikt AS “Cēsu alus” darba vides izpēti. Pētījuma metodes: ekonomiskā analīze, statistiskās analīzes metodes: salīdzināšana lielumu aprēķināšana; tabulas un grafiskās metodes. Bakalaura darbs satur 68 lpp,7 nodaļas, 18 attēlus, 4 tabulas un 9 formulas. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek raksturota AS „Cēsu alus”. Otrajā daļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma SVID analīze, bet trešajā daļā veikta uzņēmējdarbības analīze. Ceturtā daļā veikta AS „Cēsu alus” tirgus izpēte, piektajā daļā analizēta personālpolitika uzņēmumā un sestajā daļā raksturota darba vide un riski. Septītajā nodaļā autors piedāvā savus risinājumus AS „Cēsu alus” uzņēmējdarbības uzlabošanai. Savukārt bakalaura darba beigās izdarīti secinājumi, ka uzņēmuma saimnieciskā darbībā pakāpeniski sāk nest peļņu un, uzlabojot AS „Cēsu alus” kvalitātes vadības sistēmu, uzlabosies arī uzņēmuma konkurētspēja.

Entrepreneurship Profile and Analyses of " Cēsu alus",Joint Stock Company.

The paper is based on analyses of entrepreneurial activity of the company "Cēsu alus" which is the second largest brewery in Latvia. With every year the company keeps increasing the turnover of sales, as well as improving both assortment and quality.

The subject of the Bachelor's paper is essential as the analyses of entrepreneurial activity enables to study development of the company, as well as to prevent the problems.

The goal of the Bachelor's paper is to carry out the analyses of entrepreneurial activity of the joint stock company "Cēsu alus" in order to identify the positive and negative trends in the company and work out recommendations for further development.

Tasks of the paper: * obtain information required for the analyses; * learn methodology for calculation of economic and financial indicators recommended by academic resources; * carry out SVID analyses for the company; * clarify the role of strategic planning to ensure long-term performance; * evaluate the policy of HR management of the company; * analyze the financial management of the company applying the methods of financial analyses: comparison with the previous period, ideal level and branch indicators; * analyze the financial situation of the joint stock company "Cēsu alus" by calculating and evaluating basic indicators of the analyses; * carry out market research for the company; * perform research on work evironment in the company.

Research methods: economic analyses, analyzing methods of statistics: comparison, volume calculation; tables and graph methods.

The Bachelor's paper contains 68 pages, 7 chapters, 18 pictures, 4 tables, and 9 formulae.

The first chapter deals with description of the joint stock company "Cēsu alus". The second chapter performs SVID analyses of the company but the third one presents the analyses of entrepreneurial activity. The fourth chapter deals with the market research for the company, the fifth one analyzes the policy of personnel management whereas the sixth - work environment and risks. The seventh chapter presents proposals of the company's development suggested by the author. At the end of the paper there are conclusion made stating that entrepreneurial activity of the company is gradually getting more profitable, besides improval of the quality management system of the joint stock company "Cēsu alus" would ensure competitiveness of the company.
