Bakalaura darba tēma ”Ārvalstu investīcijas un to piesaistīšanas iespējas Latvijā”

Par bakalaura darba mērķi autore ir izvirzījusi noskaidrot un izpētīt investīciju būtību, projektu izvēli un investīciju piesaistīšanas iespēju problēmas Latvijā, kā arī apskatīt finanšu investīcijas, un izanalizēt ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaistīšanas iespējas un piesaistīšanas iespēju problēmas Latvijā. Bakalaura darbs ietver ievadu un trīs daļas: teorētisko, analītisko un praktisko daļu. Ievadā tiek pamatota tēmas aktualitāte, aplūkotas galvenās problēmu nostādnes, kā arī formulēti darba mērķi un izvirzīti to sasniegšanai veicamie uzdevumi. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek aplūkoti investīciju būtības teorētiskie jautājumi, apskatīts to raksturojums, mērķi un funkcijas, kā arī investīcijas ietekmējošie faktori, investīciju efektivitāte, ienesīgums un riski, un investīciju klasifikācijas veidi. Apskatītas ārvalstu tiešās investīcijas, kā arī veikta investīciju efektivitātes, projektu izvēles un investīciju piesaistes plānošanas izpēte. Analītiskajā daļā autore ir veikusi investīciju analīzes izpēti Latvijā, investīciju vides izpēti, ārvalstu tiešo investīciju lomu Latvijas ekonomikā un lielāko ārvalstu investoru izpēti, kā arī ārvalstu tiešo investīciju pozitīvos un negatīvos aspektus. Praktiskajā daļā autore ir sniegusi ieskatu investīciju attīstības perspektīvām Latvijā, un tieši uz tirgu orientēto investīciju izpēti, kā arī ir izpētītas investīciju problēmas Latvijas ekonomikā un rasti to iespējamie risinājumi. Darba nobeigumā tiek izvirzīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi, lai mazinātu iespējamās investīciju problēmas Latvijas ekonomikā.

Darba apjoms sastāda 67 lapas. Darbs ir papildināts ar 6 tabulām, 8 attēliem, 3 formulām, kā arī izmantoti statistiskie dati. Izmantotās literatūras un avotu skaits - 33.

The purpose of the bachelor paper is to describe and analyze the essence of investment, the selection of projects and the problems with attraction of investment in Latvia, as well as to review financial investment and to analyze the opportunities for attraction of foreign direct investment and the related problems in Latvia. The bachelor paper consists of the introduction and three sections: the theoretical, the analytical and the practical. The introduction states the topicality of the issue, the posed problems, formulates the purposes of the paper and sets out the tasks, necessary to achieve these purposes. The theoretical section contains the theoretical issues of the essence of investment, reviews its description, purposes and functions, as well as factors that influence the investments, the efficiency of investments, risk and return and the types of classification of investment. It reviews foreign direct investment and analyzes the efficiency of investment, the selection of projects and the planning of investment attraction. The analytical section contains the research of investment analysis in Latvia, the research of investment environment, the role of foreign direct investment in Latvia and largest foreign investors, as well as the positive and negative aspects of foreign direct investment. The practical section provides insight into prospects of development of investments in Latvia, especially the research of market oriented investment, as well as analyzes the investment problems in Latvian economy and provides the solutions found. The conclusion of the paper provides the conclusions and suggestions to reduce the potential investment problems in Latvian economy.
