Pakalpojumu kvalitātes novērtēšana poligrāfijas nozarē.

Abstract

.

Šī bakalaura darba tēma ir poligrāfijas pakalpojumu novērtēšana. Mūsdienās, kad viss ļoti strauji mainās, un poligrāfija, kā viena no neatņemamām pasaules industrijas sastāvdaļām, ir nesaraujami saistīta ar jaunām tehnoloģijām, tendencēm un pasaules tirgus augošo pieprasījumu, ļoti svarīga ir profesionāla izglītība šajā nozarē. Tāpēc autore, kā vienam no poligrāfijas pakalpojumu kvalitātes līmeņa rādītājiem, lielu vērību pievērš darbinieku profesionālajai izglītībai šajā nozarē. Darba mērķis ir izzināt Latvijas poligrāfijas uzņēmumos strādājošo speciālistu darba pieredzi šajā nozarē, aptaujāt ar poligrāfiju saistīto uzņēmumu domas un vērtējumu par saņemto pakalpojumu kvalitāti un pieejamo poligrāfijas izglītību Latvijā. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi darba autore izstrādā divas anketas, kurās respondenti sniedza atbildes uz jautājumiem par kvalitāti un izglītību. Pirmā daļa ir vairāk teorētiska. Tajā tiek rakstīts par mārketinga būtību un funkcijām un par ražošanas menedžmentu poligrāfijas nozarē. Otrā un trešā daļa ir veltīta poligrāfijas kvalitāti ietekmējošiem faktoriem un poligrāfijas nozares attīstībai. Kā arī šeit ir abu anketu apkopojumi. Ceturtajā nodaļā autore pievēršas valsts atbalsta nepieciešamībai poligrāfijas nozarē un piedāvā savu Rīgas 5. Arodvidusskolas reorganizācijas koncepciju. Darbā izmantotās metodes ir darbs ar literatūru, uzņēmumu anketēšana, diskusijas ar poligrāfijas uzņēmumu vadītājiem, kā arī ar citiem poligrāfijas nozarē nodarbinātajiem, statistikas datu analīze un novērošanas metodes. Bakalaura darbam ir 72 lpp., 11 tabulas, 21 attēls, bibliogrāfijas saraksts ar 29 nosaukumiem un 4 pielikumi.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to eveluate the polygraphic services in Latvia. Nowadays, in a quickly changing world, polygraphy is an integral part of the world industry and is closely connected with the new Technologies, trends and the worldmarket growing demand, therefore the Professional education in this field is very important. The author keeps in close watch the Professional education of the workers, sice this is the indicator of quality level of the polygraphic services. The aim of the paper is to learn the specialists’ professional experience in the indicated field in Latvian polygraphic enterprises, to find out, what the enterprises that are connected with the polygraphy, think about the quality of the services and the polygraphic education in Latvia. To attain the goal, the author developed two different questionnaires, and the respondents replied to the questions about the quality and the education. Part 1 is the theoretical part. The nature of management and functions are examined there, as well as the production management in the field of polygraphy. Part 2 and part 3 are devoted to the factors affecting the quality of polygraphic services and the development of the branch. The main result of the questionnaires are reflected here. In part 4 the author looks at the necessity of the state support to the polygraphy and offers his reorganization conception for the Riga 5th Craft Secondary school. The methodological instruments, used in the paper, are: work with the literature, questionnaires to the enterprises, discussions with the managers of the polygraphic enterprises, as well as other employees in the field, observation and analysis of the statistical data. The Bachelor paper has 72 pages, 11 tables, 29 bibliographic register with names, 21 graphic, 4 appendix.
