Tandēmmasspektrometriskā (MS/MS) cviterjonu šķidrumu identifikācija, izmantojot

Darbā ir apkopota literatūra par tandēmmasspektrometru, tā uzbūvi un darbības principiem,
kā arī par jonu šķidrumu masspektrometrisko analīzi. Darba gaitā veikta cviterjonu šķidrumu
tandēmmasspektrometriska identifikācija, izmantojot joniziāciju ar elektroizsmidzināšanu.
Izmantojot sadursmju inducēto disociāciju, tika noskaidroti iespējamie fragmentācijas
mehānismi, kā arī tika izvērtēta gredzena otrās vietas metilgrupas ietekme uz masas spektra
īpašībām imidazola rindas cviterjonu šķidrumiem.

The theoretical part of this thesis contains a literature review about tandem masspectrometry, including general principles and construction of the equipment, as well as masspectrometric analysis of ionic liquids. The experimental section contains identification of zwitterionic liquids by the electrospray tandem masspectrometry. Collision induced dissociation was used to investigate possible fragmentation mechanisms, and the influence of the methyl substituted imidazolium ring to masspectrometric properties of zwitterionic liquids.
