Uzņēmuma SIA "N" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarbā „Uzņēmuma SIA „N” finanšu analīze” ir veikta grāmatvedības apkalpojošā uzņēmuma finanšu analīze un noteiktas turpmākās attīstības iespējas. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt finanšu analīzes būtību, mērķus un principus, veikt uzņēmuma SIA „N” finanšu rādītāju analīzi un izvērtēt uzņēmuma stāvokli un attīstības iespējas. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 59 lapām, tajā skaitā 11 attēliem un 15 tabulām. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, trijām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba izstrādē izmantoti 11 dažādi literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbā analizēti SIA „N” finanšu dati laika periodā no 2005.gada līdz 2007.gadam, šie ir uzņēmuma pirmie aktīvie darbības gadi. Darba izstrādē autore izmanto speciālo literatūru, teorētiskos mācību materiālus, interneta resursus un uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatus. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir aprakstīta teorētiskā informācija par finanšu analīzi, tās mērķiem un būtību, lietotājiem un finanšu pārskatu nozīmi, kā arī sastādīšanas principiem un dažādām finanšu pārskatu analīzes metodēm. Otrajā daļā, lai gūtu priekšstatu par finanšu analīzes veikšanu, tiek pētīti svarīgākie finanšu analīzes koeficenti - likviditātes un maksātspējas rādītājus, līdzekļu aprites koeficentus, izmaksu un rentabilitātes rādītājus un tiek veikta uzņēmuma SIA „N” finanšu analīze. Trešajā daļā ir apskatīta uzņēmuma SIA „N” attīstības un darbības prognoze nākotnē.

In diploma work „Financial analysis of the company „N”” has been done accounting service finance analysis and define the possibilities for its further development. The aim of this diploma work is to go into the financial analysis tasks and objectivs, to do the analysis of company’s “N” financial indicators and to do evaluation of company’s current state and progress possibilities. Diploma work consists from 59 pages, including 11 visual aids and 15 charts. The diploma paper consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusions and proposals. 11 different sources of literature and information have been used in the elaboration process. The financial data of the company “N” are from the period of time between years 2005 to 2007, these are first more active years of company’s activities. In the elaboration process the author has used the specific literature, the theoretical study materials, internet resources and financial reports of the company. Diploma work consists from three parts. In the first part is describe teoretical information of finance analysis, it’s goals and esence, users and meaning of finance reports, as well as making principles and diferent methods of finance reports analysis. In the second part for to get concept about making finance analysis, are explored important finance analysis coefficients – liquidity and solvency indexes, funds flow coefficients , costs and profitability ratio and is made company’s “N” Ltd. Finance analysis. In the third part is analysed company’s “N” Ltd. Progress and activity prognosis in future.
