Zusammenfassung
Diplomdarbā tiek analizēts darba tirgus stāvoklis Latvijā un apskatītas tā attīstības tendences.
Par izejas materiāliem tika izmantoti Latvijas Centrālā Statistikas Pārvalde nodarbinātības un bezdarba statistiskie dati.
Izpētīti darba tirgus struktūra un tā funkcionēšana, darba tirgus rādītāju sistēma un darbaspēka sastāvs un plūsma.
Veikta Latvijas pāreizējā darba tirgus analīze, t.sk. bezdarba problēmu raksturojums. Apskatīta Latvijas darba tirgus regulēšana valsts līmenī un nodarbinātības dienesta funkcionēšana.
Apskatītas Latvijas darba tirgus attīstības perspektīvas un optīmizācija – darbs kā valsts ekonomikas attīstības faktors, Latvijas integrācija Eiropas Savienības darba tirgū.
