Darba tirgus Latvijā

Abstract

Diplomdarbā tiek analizēts darba tirgus stāvoklis Latvijā un apskatītas tā attīstības tendences. Par izejas materiāliem tika izmantoti Latvijas Centrālā Statistikas Pārvalde nodarbinātības un bezdarba statistiskie dati. Izpētīti darba tirgus struktūra un tā funkcionēšana, darba tirgus rādītāju sistēma un darbaspēka sastāvs un plūsma. Veikta Latvijas pāreizējā darba tirgus analīze, t.sk. bezdarba problēmu raksturojums. Apskatīta Latvijas darba tirgus regulēšana valsts līmenī un nodarbinātības dienesta funkcionēšana. Apskatītas Latvijas darba tirgus attīstības perspektīvas un optīmizācija – darbs kā valsts ekonomikas attīstības faktors, Latvijas integrācija Eiropas Savienības darba tirgū. The Degree work paper contains the analysis of Latvian’s trade market and the tendency of its development. The statistical dates of Central Statistic Administration of Latvia were used as the starting dates. The structure of work market and its functioning, the system of indicator’s of indicator’s of work market were investigates, as well as the strength and the movement of work men. The analysis of the modern condition of trade market of Latvia was completed, and the characteristics of unemployment problems in particular. The state regulations of Latvia trade market was investigated. The condition of trade market was analyzed during the integration of Latvia in European Union.
