SIA „Relāde” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „SIA „RELĀDE” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt finanšu analīzes būtību, veikt uzņēmuma SIA „RELĀDE” finansu analīzi un izvērtēt uzņēmuma stāvokli un attīstības iespējas. Darba uzdevums ir pēc aprēķinātajiem rezultātiem veikt secinājumus un iesniegt uzņēmumam priekšlikumus, lai varētu nākotnē darboties veiksmīgi un attīstīties. Diplomdarbā izmantotas novērtējuma metodes – datu salīdzināšanas dinamika, nosakot izmaiņas absolūtā un relatīvā izteiksmē, kā arī rentabilitātes līmeņa, likviditātes, maksātspējas un aprites koeficientu aprēķināšana un dinamika. Darbā veikti aprēķini par 2006., 2007. un 2008.gadu. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 77.lpp, kas sastāv no 5 daļam un 6 pielikumiem. Darbā izmantotas 15 tabulas, 25 atteli, 37 formulas. Diplomdarbā izmantoti 14 literatūras avoti.

Subject of diploma paper is „ „RELADE LTD” analysis and evaluation of financial position. The aim of this diploma paper is to go into the financial analysis tasks and to do the analysis of financial position of company’s current state and progress passibilities. Goal of the paper is draw conclusion based on calculated results and to present proposals to the enterprise in order for it to be capable of succsessful operation and development in future. The valuation methods used in the diploma paper is dynamics of data comparison depting changes in the absolute and relative path, as well as to define the rentability, likquidity, creditability, and turnover quotient dynamics. In the work are analyzed acquired result of changes of the years 2006, 2007 and 2008. The amount of the diploma paper is 77 pages, consisting of 5 parts and 6 supplements. 15 tables, 25 pictures and 37 formulas are used in this paper. 14 sources of literature materials are used.
