Abstract
Maģistra darba „Biznesa procesu optimizēšanas projekta struktūrā” bija apkopot esošās
procesu vadības teorijas un metodoloģijas, balstoties uz tām, izdalīt nozīmīgākos procesu
vadīšanas elementus un saskaņā ar tiem izstrādāt un aprakstīt biznesa procesu optimizēšanas
projekta struktūru, ko iespējams pielietot praktiskajā Latvijas biznesa vidē uzņēmumu
uzņēmējdarbības procesu efektivitātes paaugstināšanai un uzņēmumu produktivitātes
uzlabošanai.
Šī darba pamata mērķis tika veiksmīgi sasniegts, atrisinot sekojošus uzdevumus:
• Tika izpētītas esošās biznesa procesu vadīšanas metodoloģijas;
• Apskatīti procesu pieejas kvalitātes aspekti;
• Tika noskaidrota informācijas tehnoloģiju loma biznesa procesu pārvaldībā;
• Izanalizēti biznesa procesu vadīšanas modelēšanas un optimizēšanas tehnoloģijas;
Darba gaitā īpaša uzmanība tika pievērsta procesu vadīšanas teorētiskiem pamatiem –
procesu uzbūve, darbības metodoloģija un pārvaldība. Detalizēti tika izpētīti kvalitātes vadīšanas
un nodrošināšanas aspekti procesu pieejas plānošanas un realizēšanas posmos.
Pētīšanas rezultāti parādīja, ka procesu pieeja ir efektīvs instruments organizācijas
uzņēmējdarbības problēmu risināšanai, konkurētspējas palielināšanai un produktu/pakalpojumu
kvalitātes uzlabošanai.
Šīs darbs sastāv no 79 lapām, kuras satur 15 attēlus un 5 tabulas.
The purpose of the diploma paper “Structure of Business Process Reengineering Project” is to summarize existing process management technologies and methodology and leaning upon them to allocate the basic elements providing a successful management of process. The results were used to develop the structure of the business process reengineering project, which can be used in the real business optimization projects in the entrepreneurial environment of Latvia. The diploma paper’s purpose has been reached successfully by generalization existing theory and methodology of process management, research of process quality aspects, as well as research of the role of information technologies in the modern business process management approach. During the process of diploma paper developing, the special attention has been given to theoretical background of business process management – the structure of the process, process execution and process management activities. Aspects of a management and maintenance of quality at stages of planning and realization of the process have been in details investigated. Results of research have shown, that the process approach is the effective tool for the business problems solving, increases of competitiveness and improvement of product and services quality of the enterprise. Diploma paper consists of 79 pages, 15 figures and 5 tables.
