Uzņēmuma "X" finanšu situācijas vērtējums un attīstības prognozes

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „Uzņēmuma „X” finanšu situācijas vērtējums un attīstības prognozes”. Darba gaitā teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts uzņēmuma iekšējās un ārējās vides novērtējums, kā arī finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri sastāv no bilances struktūras analīzes, finanšu koeficentu analīzes un bankrota diagnostikas. Praktiskajā daļā autore veic uzņēmuma gada pārskatu analīzi par 2009.-2011.gadu, novērtējot uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa izmaiņas. Darba gaitā autore izsaka priekšlikumus finanšu situācijas uzlabošanai, kurus varētu izmantot analizētā uzņēmuma vadība turpmāko finanšu lēmumu pieņemšanā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta, kā arī no pielikumiem. Darba apjoms ir 59lpp. bez pielikumiem. Tas satur 10 attēlus, 8 tabulas, 8 pielikumus.

The title of the bachelor thesis is „The Financial Situation Assessment and Forecasts of the X Enterprise”. The theoretical aspects of financial analysis are surveyed in the theoretical part and it consist of structure analysis of financial statements, analysis of financial coefficients, diagnostic of bankruptcy, as well as the SWOT analysis. In practical part the author carries out the analysis of annual reports of the years 2009-2011, evaluating the changes of financial position. In continuation the author gives her suggestions of improvement of financial situation, what could be used by the head of the analyzable enterprise in order to make the further financial decisions. The amount of diploma thesis is 59 pages without supplements. There are used 10 pictures, 8 tables and 8 supplements in this work.
