Maģistra darba mērķis – raksturot bezdarba problēmu, sniegt priekšstatu un atklāt nodarbinātības problēmas un tās pilnveidošanas tendences Latvijā un izpētīt bezdarba pazemināšanas iespējas mūsdienu apstākļos.
Darba rezultāti:
-tika raksturoti bezdarba teorētiskie aspekti, noskaidrota bezdarba būtība un tā skaidrojums likumdošanas aktos;
-izanalizēta bezdarba situācija Latvijā kopš 2000.gada;
-analizētas nodarbinātības tendences mūsdienu apstākļos;
-izpētītas bezdarba pazemināšanas iespējas Latvijā, raksturota valsts politika bezdarba līmeņa regulēšanas sfērā. Title of the Bachelor paper: Study of Possibilities of Reduction in Unemployment under Current Conditions in Latvia
The paper contains 87 pages, 49 bibliography sources, 23 pictures, 15 tables.
The aim of the research is to describe and to get the idea of the problem of unemployment, to lay bare the employment problems and trends towards its improvement in Latvia and to investigate the possibilities of reduction in unemployment under current conditions in Latvia.
The results:
•the author has analysed the theoretical and practical aspects of unemployment, its essence and legislation regulating the unemployment in Latvia;
•has described the unemployment situation in Latvia in the period from 2000 up to 2006 and employment trends in the period under review;
•has investigated the possibilities and ways to reduce the rate of unemployment in Latvia and has given some suggestions on what could be done in this sphere.
