Uzņēmuma SIA „BL PARTNERI” iekšējās kontroles sistēmas novērtējums un pilnveidošanas iespējas

Diplomdarbā tiek pētīta SIA „BL Partneri” iekšējā kontroles sistēma un izvirzīta sekojoša problēma: SIA”BL Partneri” ir nepietiekoši izstrādāta iekšējās kontroles sistēma. Diplomdarba mērķis ir novērtēt SIA „BL Partneri” iekšējās kontroles sistēmu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Analīzes gaitā autore secināja, ka SIA „BL Partneri” pastāv izvirzītā problēma. Iekšējā kontroles sistēmā tika konstatētas nepilnības un uzņēmuma vadībai sniegti ieteikumi to pilnveidošanai. Darbs ietver 3 daļas un darba apjoms ir 53 lappuses, iekļauti 5 attēli, 9 tabulas, 2 pielikumi. Diplomdarba izveidē tika izmantoti Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti, zinātniskās literatūras avoti un autores iegūti anketēšanas rezultātu dati.

In the diploma paper is being analyzed the internal control system and raised the following problem: the „BL Partneri"Ltd. insufficiently designed an internal control system. The aims of diploma paper is to assess the internal control system of the „BL Partneri"Ltd.and develop proposals for its improvement. During the analysis, the author concluded, that in the „BL Partneri"Ltd. previously determined problem exists. Deficiencies were identified in the internal control system and made recommendations to management of company to improve them. The work consists of 3 parts and total capacity of the bachelor work is 53 pages, including 5 picture, 9 tables, 2 attachments.The creation of diploma paper was used Latvian Republic regulatory enactments, the scientific literature and the autor collected results of the questionnaire results.
