Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Sociālās aprūpes un rehabilitācijas centra izveide Viļānu novadā” izstrādāts ar mērķi paaugstināt kvalitatīvu sociālās aprūpes un rehabilitācijas līmeni Viļānu novadā. Pirmajā nodaļā darba autore sniedz Viļānu novada raksturojumu, apkopo informāciju par sociāliem pakalpojumiem Latvijā, tai skaitā, Viļānu novadā. Novērtē sociālās aprūpes līmeni novadā veicot ekspertu interviju. Izvirza pētījuma problēmu. Otrajā nodaļā, piedāvā alternatīvos risinājumus. Tos izpētot un salīdzinot izvēlas piemērotāko. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek sagatavota izvēlētā labākā risinājuma projekta rokasgrāmata, pielietojot specifiskās projektu vadīšanas metodes un instrumentus. Darba noslēgumā ir veikti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi. Darbs sastāv no 181 lappusēm, 17 attēliem, 7 tabulām un 31 pielikuma. Masters work „Social care and rehabilitation centre establishment in Vilani municipality” drawn up with the aim of increasing the quality of social care and rehabilitation level in Vilani municipality. In the first chapter of the work the author provides Vilani municipality profile, collects information about the characteristics of social services in Latvia, including Vilani municipality. Assess the level of social care in region in the interview with experts. Raise the problem of the research. The second chapter provides alternative solutions. Exploring and comparing them, choose the best. The third section is the best solution finding and making the project manual, applying specific project management methods and tools. Finally, the conclusions and proposals have been made. The work consists of the 181 pages, 17 images, 7 tables, and 31 attachments.
