The introduction of diploma paper „The realization of the didactic principles in the
secondary school’s mathematics course” is devoted to the theoretical aspects of teaching
mathematics as a school subjects.
The first chapter is devoted to the diversity of numbers and their origin. The second
chapter is devoted to the solving of mathematical problems, their sequence, the qualities of
rising and the formulas of canceling out multiplication. The third chapter explains the general
conception of geometry. There is proved Pythagoras’s theorem. The similarity of triangles is
explained with a help of practical example. Mathematical coherences (the type of functions,
logarithms) are explained in the fourth chapter by using graphs and practical exercises. The
fifth chapter is devoured to angles, their types and trigonometry. The exercises for training are
given at the end.
The given material is original and interesting. The simple language is used for
explanation.
