Ilgtspējīgas attīstības tendences Ziepniekkalna apkaimē: sabiedrībai pieejamās atklātās teritorijas un pakalpojumi vietējā līmenī

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izvērtēt Ziepniekkalna apkaimes ilgtspējīgas attīstības tendences un iespējas, izmantojot Eiropas vienoto 4. rādītāju par sabiedrībai pieejamajām atklātajām teritorijām un pakalpojumiem vietējā līmenī. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika veikta Ziepniekkalna apkaimes iedzīvotāju aptauja, pakalpojumu un atklāto teritoriju kartēšana un procentuālo pieejamības rādītāju aprēķināšana, izmantojot ĢIS. Aprēķinātie rādītāji tika salīdzināti ar Bratislavas dzīvojamā rajona Dubravka pēc vienādas metodika aprēķinātajiem rādītājiem.
Darba izstrādes laikā tiek pieņemta sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze, ka vietējā līmeņa pakalpojumu pieejamība būtiski ietekmē iedzīvotāju apmierinātību ar apkaimi.

The aim of Master Thesis is to study and evaluate the tendencies of sustainable development in the neighborhood of Ziepniekkalns, by using the 4th of European Common Indicators- the availability of open public areas and local services. The questionnaire of the inhabitants of Ziepniekkalns, the mapping of the services and open areas in the neighborhood, as well as the calculation of the accessibility by using the GIS was accomplished. The calculated values were compared with the district of Dubravka (Bratislava) results, which were obtained by using the same methodology.
The hypothesis stated in the work was accepted: the accessibility of local services influences the inhabitants’ satisfaction with their neighborhood.
