Grebļa kalna osa morfoloģija, iekšējā uzbūve un veidošanās apstākļi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot Grebļa kalna osa glaciomorfoloģisko novietojumu, morfoloģijjas un uzbūves īpatnības un iespēju robežās arī tā veidošanās apstākļus saistībā ar ledusloba malas stabilizāciju un aktīvā ledus aprimšanu. Darba izstrādāšanā izmantoti materiāli, kuri iegūti lauka pētījumos, Latvijas Ģeoloģijas fondā un zinātniskās literatūras studijās. Darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām. Teksta izklāstu papildina 19 attēli un 2 tabulas. Pirmā nodaļā dots pētījumu teritorijas fizioģeogrāfiski ģeoloģiskais raksturojums. Otrajā nodaļā ir sniegts pārskats par osu un osveida formu pētījumu vēsturi, uzskatu par to uzbūvi un veidošanos attīstību. Trešajā nodaļa apskatītas darbā izmantotās pētījumu metodes un faktiskais materiāls. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir izklāstīti Grebļa kalna osa morfoloģijas un iekšējās uzbūves pētījumu rezultāti. Piektajā nodaļā ir interpretēti pētījumu rezultāti un sniegtas rekomendācijas par osa izmantošanu un aizsardzību.

The bachelor thesis examines the esker ridge of Grebļa kalns. It is located in the southwestern part of the Zilupe plain, SSE of the Zilupe Town. The course paper is aimed is to find peculiarities on formation of the Grebļa kalns esker, particularly in relation to themal conditions of ice-bed interface, and glacier dynamics, including transition from active ice to passive ice. The main attention is drawn to location, morphology, formation and structure of esker ridge. The bachelor thesis consists of introduction, five chapters and conclusions. Caption of figures and tables includes 19 figures and 2 tables. The first chapter reveals physiogeographical and geological descriptions of the study area. The second chapter gives insight in the history of studies on eskers and eskers-like ridges. The research methods and field data are described in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter is given the results of the studies of the location, morphology, internal compostion of the esker. The fifth chapter contains major interpretations of the study results and gives and ecommedations on use and protection of the Grebļa kalns esker.
