Liepājas pilsētas apbūves telpiskās un funkcionālās attīstībastendences mūsdienās

Abstract

Šajā darbā ir apskatīts, kā vēsturiski izveidojusies Liepājas pilsēta, kādas ir tagadējās Liepājas pilsētas apbūves izmaiņas, kur un cik intensīvi tās norisinās, kādas ir jaunās apbūves funkcijas, kā arī ir analizēts, kā pašreizējās apbūves attīstības tendences saskan ar Liepājas attīstības plānu, un kāds ir Liepājas iedzīvotāju viedoklis par šiem jautājumiem. Darbs ir sadalīts piecās nodaļās- pirmajā ir apskatīta Liepājas pilsētas apbūves vēsturiskā attīstība, otrajā ir analizētas Liepājas pilsētas apbūves telpiskās un funkcionālās izmaiņas mūsdienās. Šai nodaļai ir deviņas apakšnodaļas, kurās sīkāk ir izpētītas, katra Liepājas pilsētas rajona apbūves attīstības tendenču īpatnības. Trešajā nodaļā ir izpētīts Liepājas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus saistībā ar pilsētas apbūves attīstības tendencēm. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir apskatīta Liepājas pilsētas apbūves attīstības tendenču atbilstība pilsētas attīstības plānam, un ir aplūkotas arī četru samērā lielu un pilsētai svarīgu teritoriju nākotnes attīstības vīzijas. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir analizēts Liepājas iedzīvotāju viedoklis par Liepājas pilsētas apbūves telpiskajām un funkcionālajām attīstības tendencēm pēdējos desmit gados. Darba ietvaros tika izveidotas astoņas kartes, divpadsmit diagrammas, divas kartoshēmas, divas tabulas un ievietoti 16 attēli. Īsumā rezumējot, vislielākās apbūves telpiskās izmaiņas ir notikušas Vecliepājā, gar Tirdzniecības kanāla malu un centrā, kur pārsvarā ir atjaunotas un uzbūvētas jaunas sabiedrisko un darījumu iestāžu ēkas. Liepājas dienvidu daļā ir attīstījusies arī dzīvojamo māju apbūve, bet ziemeļu daļā – ražošanas apbūves teritorijas un savrupmāju apbūve. Pilsētas apbūves attīstības tendences gandrīz atbilst Liepājas ģenerālplānam, izņemot dažas nelielas teritorijas un Karostu, un kopumā Liepājas iedzīvotāji ir apmierināti ar pilsētas apbūves attīstības tendencēm. In this essay I will be inspecting, when and how Liepajas as a city formed, what are the recent changes that have been made to the buildings of Liepajas, where and how intensively these changes have taken place, what are the buildings functions, and how they are analyzed. Whether development tendencies of buildings in Liepaja nowdays correspond with the development plan of Liepaja, and also the inhabitants’ of Liepajas point of view about these questions. This essay is divided into five chapters, in chapter one i will inspect the historical development of Liepaja, in the second i shall analyze the spatial and functional development tendencies of buildings in Liepaja. This chapter has nine subdivision, that shall investigate the peculiarities of the buildings in each one of Liepajas city’s districts in more detail. In chapter three I shall investigate the market of immovable property in connection with development tendencies of buildings in Liepaja. In the fourth chapter I shall inspect Liepajas development tendencies of buildings corresponding with city development planning and its outlook for future development visions of four comparatively big and important territories. In the fifth chapter i will be investigating Liepajas inhabitants point of view about the spatial and functional development tendencies of buildings in the last ten years. This essay will contain eight maps, twelve diagrams, two map-scheme, two tables and 16 pictures. The biggest spatial changes of buildings in Liepajas have taken place in Vecliepaja, near the Tirdzniecibas canal and in the centre of the city, where, mainly reconstructed houses of public and bargain offices have been built. In Liepajas southern part are developed buildings of dwelling-houses also, but in the northern part of the city, buildings of production territories and buildings of private houses. Development tendencies of buildings in Liepaja correspond with Liepajas general plan, except for some small territories and Karosta. In general Liepajas inhabitants are satisfied with the development tendencies of building's in the city. Key words: buildings, spatial changes, functions, development tendencies.
