Zinoša pacienta loma pēcoperācijas perioda optimizācijā ginekoloģijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Zinoša pacienta loma pēcoperācijas perioda optimizācijā ginekoloģijā” sastāv no divām daļām - teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēta literatūra par zinoša pacienta lomu mūsdienu ārstniecībā un aprūpē, optimālu pēcoperācijas periodu, apskatot vispārēju ārstēšanu un aprūpi, uztura īpatnības, lokālu ārstēšanu un pacientes psiholoģiskās īpatnības pēcoperācijas periodā ginekoloģijā, kā arī veikts neliels ieskats pacienta tiesībās un pienākumos. Darbā izmantota Dorotejas Oremas pašaprūpes teorija saistībā ar ginekoloģisku pacientu aprūpi pēcoperācijas periodā. Pētījuma daļā pētīta zinoša pacienta loma pēcoperācijas periodā. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode ar kvalitatīvās pētniecības iezīmēm. Aptaujā piedalījās 75 respondenti. Pētījuma gaitā izkristalizējusies galvenā atziņa, ka zinoši pacienti vēlas un spēj rūpēties par sevi, tādējādi optimizējot pēcoperācijas periodu ginekoloģijā. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprina izvirzīto hipotēzi, norāda uz sasniegtu mērķi un izpildītiem darba uzdevumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: zinoša pacienta loma, optimāls pēcoperācijas periods, ginekoloģija

In the bachelor’s work titled „The role of an educated patient in optimizing post operative period in gynecology” consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part some literature was analysed. It consists of analysing a role of an educated patient in today’s medicine, optimal post operative period including general treatment and nursing, post operative patient nutrition, local treatment and patient post operative psychological preparation. This part also contains a small overview of the patient rights and responsibilities. Dorothy Orem's Self-Care Model has been used to show patient care in the optimal post operative period in gynecology. In the work’s practical part role of an educated patient in post operative period was researched. The quantitative research method with kvalitative method characteristics was used to know the answers of the 75 respondents. The main idea after summarization of the findings is that the patient wants and he is able to take care of himselve to have an optimal post operative period in gynecology. The findings of an investigation affirms hypothesis. The works aims was achieved and problems was sold. Key words: An educated patient role, optimal post operative period, gynecology
