Abstract
Lai cīnītos ar infekcijas ierosinātāju slimnieka organismā tiek lietoti pretmikrobu līdzekļi. Nepareizas pretmikrobu līdzekļu lietošanas rezultātā veidojas rezistenti mikroorganismu celmi. Lai novērstu multirezistento celmu veidošanos, ir nepieciešams savlaicīgi noteikt antimikrobu jutību pret konkrētiem līdzekļiem. Darbā tika noteikta koagulāzes negatīvo stafilokoku (Staphylococccus spp.) mikroorganismu meticilīna rezistence ar molekulārajām metodēm.Eksperimentā tika izmantotas divas metodes: mecA gēna detektēšana ar amplifikāciju PCR un Slidex metodi jeb ātro aglutinācijas testu. Abu metoţu rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar TOS mikrobioloģijas laboratorijā iegūtajiem diska difūzijas rezultātiem.
 
In order to fight the agent of the infection in the body of the patient there are used antimicrobe means. As the result of the misuse/improper use of the antimicrobe means there are developing resistant stubs of the microorganisms/microbes/germs. In order to prevent the development of the multiresistant stubs it is necessary to diagnose in time the sensitiveness of the antimicrobe against the particular means. There were determined in the diploma work with the molecular methods the rezistence of the methicillin of the microorganism of the coagulase - negative stophylococcus (Staphylococccus spp.).There were used two methods in the experiment, mecA gene by PCR and Slidex method or fast agglutination test. The results of the both methods were compared with the results of the diffusion of the disk gained in the microbiological labaratory in Traumatology and Orthopedic hospital.
