Retinopātiju klīniskās īpatnības kā sekas ilgstošai asins glikozes līmeņa disregulācijai

Abstract

Darba pamatojums: darba mērķis bija apzināt diabētiskās retinopātijas pakāpju incidenci un to attīstības tempu cukura diabēta pacientiem kopumā un atsevišķi 1.tipa cukura diabēta pacientiem SIA „Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca”, stacionārā Gaiļezers, endokrinoloģijas nodaļā.Materiāli un metodes: pētījums tika veikts izmantojot SIA „Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca”, stacionārā „Gaiļezers” endokrinoloģijas nodaļas pacientu medicīnisko dokumentāciju laika posmā no 2011.gada janvāra līdz 2012.gada decembrim. Retrospektīvā pētījumā tika analizēti 597 pacientu dati. Rezultāti: analizējot pacientus tika iegūts, ka visvairāk tiek stacionēti pacienti ar 2.tipa cukura diabētu - 72.5%, ar 1.tipu – 27% un 0.5% LADA. No kopējā pacientu skaita visvairāk bija sievietes – 59.6% un pacienti vecuma grupā 60-69 gadi – 28.6%. Kopumā pacientiem izvērtēja glikozes regulācijas

Jānis Sīpols Study aim: The aim of the study was to investigate the incidence of different degrees diabetic retinopathy and the rate of their development in all patients with diabetes mellitus and then separately for the patients suffering from type 1 diabetes mellitus in the Department of Endocrinology of SIA Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca (Riga Eastern Clinical University Hospital), Gaiļezers Hospital.Materials and methods: the research was conducted using patients' medical records at the Department of Endocrinology of SIA Riga Eastern Clinical University Hospital, Gaiļezers Hospital, during the period from January 2011 to December 2012. The data of 597 patients were analyzed in this retrospective study.
