Latvijā ķirurģiski ārstēto endometriozes slimnieču raksturojums

Endometrioze (E) ir viena no biežākām ginekoloģiskām slimībām, kas ir plaši izplatīta visā pasaulē. Slimības simptomātika pasliktina E pacienšu dzīves kvalitāti, var tikt mazināta arī sievietes auglība.
Lai varētu apzināt E aktualitāti mūsu valstī, tika veikts pētījums, kura galvenais mērķis ir raksturot Latvijā pēdējo piecu gadu laikā ar E operēto sieviešu populāciju kopumā un izanalizēt prospektīvi anonīmā aptaujā iegūtus datus par operēto sieviešu grupu laika periodā no 2012. gada novembra līdz 2013.gada aprīlīm Latvijas stacionāros. Pētījumam ir divas daļas, kur pirmā daļa ir retrospektīvs aprakstošs pētījums, kurā tika analizēti 1303 E pacienšu dati, kurām bija veikta operācija ginekoloģiskos stacionāros Latvijā laika periodā no 2007.gada līdz 2012.gadam. Otrā daļa ir prospektīvs šķērsgriezuma pētījums, kurā tika analizēti dati par 36 ar E operētām pacientēm 10 Latvijas stacionāros laika periodā no 2012.gada novembra līdz 2013.gada aprīlim. Endometriosis (E) is one of the most frequent gynaecological diseases that are widespread all over the world. The symptomatology of this disease worsens life quality of the patient, and it also influences woman’s fertility by decreasing the ability to have children.
To identify existing problems for E patients in our country, we decided to make a study with a main goal to characterize the population of E patients who underwent surgical treatment in Latvia. We have analysed the obtained information got from the survey about the group of E patients treated in the hospitals of the Latvia. Our study consists of the two parts. The first part is a retrospective descriptive study analysing data got from data basis of National Health System of the 1303 patients with E and the other part is a prospective descriptive study with data from 36 patients with E.
