Abstract

Darba tēma: Vides nozīme onkohematoloģiskiem pacientiem autologu cilmes šūnu transplantācijas periodā. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot, kāda nozīme ir vides ietekmei pacientiem atrodoties nodaļā un pēc izrakstīšanās mājās autologās perifēro asiņu cilmes šūnu transplantācijas periodā. Pētījuma jautājums: kādā veidā ārstēšanās apstākļi slimnīcā un mājas vide ietekmēja pacientu pašsajūtu pēc autologās perifēro asiņu cilmes šūnu transplantācijas? Darbā analizēta pieejamā informācija par autologu perifēro asiņu cilmes šūnu transplantāciju, tās gaitu un apskatīts vides jēdziens. Veikts pētījums vienā no Rīgas lielākajām slimnīcām ambulatorajiem pacientiem pēc autologās perifēro asiņu cilmes šūnu transplantācijas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, pētnieciskās daļas un 10 pielikumiem, kas satur 1 tabulu un 9 attēlus. Darbā izmantoti 31 literatūras avots, no tiem 20 latviešu valodā un 11 angļu valodā.

The theme of paper is: Environment significance for oncohematologic patients in the period of autologus stem cell transplantation. The aim of paper is: to clarify, how significant is environment influence for patients who reside in ward after discharging from hospital in the period of autologus perifer blood stem cell transplantation. Question of research is: how treatment conditions in hospital and home environment influenced how patients feel after autologus perifer blood stem cell transplantation? In the paper available information about autologus perifer blood stem cell transplantation, its consecution is analyzed and term environment is examined. Research in one of the biggest Riga’s hospitals ambulator patients after autologus perifer blood stem cell transplantation is done. The bachelor paper consists of theoretical part, research part and 10 appendixes, which contains 1 table and 9 images. There are 31 literature sources used in the paper, 20 of them in Latvian language and 11 in English.
