Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Saskarsmes ietekme uz aprūpes kvalitāti”. Darbā analizēti 51 literatūras avots par saskarsmi, aprūpi un kvalitātes kritērijiem, pamatojoties uz B. Ņūmenas sistēmas modelī izklāstīto klienta holistisko uztveri, stresu un reakciju uz to. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt saskarsmes ietekmi uz aprūpes kvalitāti no pacienta un māsas viedokļa šajā pārmaiņu laikā. Izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – intervija – aptaujājot 10 māsas un 10 klientus. Saskarsme ietekmē aprūpes kvalitāti pozitīvi no abu viedokļa, līdz ar to tiek atbildēts uz pētniecības jautājumu. Pētījuma nobeigumā izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi saskarsmes un aprūpes kvalitātes uzlabošanai.

The title of my bachelor paper is “Influence of interface to the quality of nursing care”. In this paper I analyzed 51 different literature sources about interrelation, nursing and criteria of quality, based on B. Newman’s System model in witch holistic perception, stress and reaction to it was analyzed. Aim of this work is to analyze the effect of interrelation on the quality of nursing from the perspective of a patient and a nurse in our time of change. Very qualitative research method was used – interview – a poll was conducted in witch 10 nurses and 10 patients participated. From both standpoints interrelation have a positive effect on the quality of nursing thus the answer to the researched question is obvious. In the conclusion of this research a few suggestions were made how to make the quality of interrelation and nursing even better.
