Saņemtas starojuma devas korelācija DT izmeklējumos pie vēdera dobuma patoloģijām

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts vēdera dobuma pataloģijas datortomogrāfiskās diagnostikas starojuma devu ietekmējošo faktoru un radiogrāfēra lomas izpētei. Darbā īpaša uzmanība pievērsta radiogrāfera uzdevumiem un pienākumiem veicot diagnostiskās datortomogrāfiskās procedūras vēdera dobuma izmeklēšanai, kā pacienta izglītošanas, informēšanas un motivēšanas iespēja un nepieciešamība izmeklējuma laikā. Bakalaura darbu veido ievads, darba teorētiskā daļa, pētījuma daļa, secinājumi, izmantotās literatūras saraksts (19 literatūras avoti) un pielikumi. Pirmajā nodaļā izskatīta vēdera dobuma anatomija. Darba otrajā nodaļā analizētas radioloģisko izmeklējumu vadlīnijas un teorētiskā bāze (analizēti faktori, kas ietekmē saņemtās starojuma devas lielumu). Darba trešajā un ceturtajā nodaļās analizēta korekta un vadlīnijām atbilstoša datortomogrāfiska vēdera dobuma pataloģijas izmeklēšana, izvērtēta, analizēta radiogrāfēra loma un pienākumi.

In the qualification paper diagnostic radiation dose influencing factors and the role of research radiographer were analyzed. The paper focuses on the radiographer's role and responsibilities of performing diagnostic procedures of abdominal examination with CT method, as well as the effects of patienteducation, information and motivation possibility and necessary during the examination The paper consists of an introduction, five chapters and conclusions. The first chapter describes anatomy of abdominal organs. The second chapter explain the imaging guidance and theoretical basis (analysis of factors affecting the received radiation dose). The third chapter analyzes the correct and appropriate guidelines with CT abdominal pathology investigation, evaluated, analyzed the radiographer's role and responsibilities in carrying out these tests. We analyzed patient and staff safety and radiological protection procedures. The fourth chapter analyzes the patient's care during these tests.
