Intralimfātiskā imunoterapija pacientiem ar alerģisku rinokonjuktivītu un astmu

Abstract

Ievads. Arvien plašāk tiek aprakstīta ILIT metode alerģisko simptomu ārstēšanai. Galvenais uzsvars tiek likts uz terapijas efektivitāti, kas tiek panākts jau trīs mēnešu laikā.Pētījuma mērķis. Galvenais darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ILIT efektivitāti pacientiem ar alerģisku rinokonjunktivītu un astmu. Materiāli un metodes. Savā diplomdarbā izmantoju prospektīvu klīnisku novērojumu. Darba laikā veicu pacientu anketēšanu pirms terapijas uzsākšanas un beidzot terapiju. Pētījumā tika iekļauti 20 pacienti ar klīniski nozīmīgu un ar ādas testu un/vai specifiskā IgE palīdzību pierādītu alerģiju pret dažādiem inhalējamiem alergēniem.Rezultāti.Tika iegūti statistiski ticami dati par terapijas efektivitāti.Secinājumi. Lielākajai daļai pacientu pēc terapijas ir būtisks alerģisko simptomu, īpaši rinokonjunktivīta, uzlabojums, kā arī terapija būtiski uzlabo pacientu dzīves kvalitāti.

Introduction.The Intralymphatic immunotherapy method in medical treatment of allergic symptoms is described extensively.Purpose of the study. The main purpose of the study is to ascertain Intralymphatic immunotherapy effectiveness on patients suffering from allergic rhinoconjunctivitis and asthma. Materials and methods. In my diploma work I used clinical observation. A questionnaire was filled out before the therapy began and after. For the study 20 patients with skin test and/or specific IgE as allergic to inhalable allergens. Results. In spite of the fact that only 20 patients took part in the study, it provided statistically credible data for the effectiveness of the therapeutics.Conclusion. Majority of patients after therapeutics had an essential improvement of allergic symptoms, particularly rhinoconjunctivitis. The therapeutics improved their life quality.
