Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - „Māsas rīcība materiāla savākšanā laboratoriskiem izmeklējumiem “. Šobrīd, kad Latvijā pieaug saslimstība ar dažādām slimībām, ir aktuāli izzināt māsu rīcību materiāla savākšanā laboratoriskiem izmeklējumiem precīzākai diagnostikai, jo tas palīdzēs ne tikai slimību diagnosticēt agrīnā stadijā, bet arī laboratorijas darbinieki spēs nodrošināt pacientu vajadzībām atbilstošu, drošu, funkcionāli modernu, augstas kvalitātes laboratorijas pakalpojumu. Pārdomāta, pareiza māsas rīcība materiāla savākšanā laboratoriskiem izmeklējumiem ir galvenais pacienta ieguvums, jo no tā ir atkarīga slimības diagnostika un turpmākā ārstēšana, vienlaicīgi tiks uzlabota pacientu veselības aprūpes kvalitāte un drošība. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas rīcību materiāla savākšanā laboratoriskiem izmeklējumiem. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt literatūras avotus par materiāla savākšanu laboratoriskiem izmeklējumiem un veikt to analīzi, pielietot Patrīcijas Benneres māszinību teoriju pētījumā, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – anketu, lai noskaidrotu māsas rīcību materiāla savākšanā laboratoriskiem izmeklējumiem, veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze – Māsas rīcība veicina kvalitatīva materiāla savākšanu precīzākai diagnostikai – pētījuma gaitā apstiprinājās. Pētniecības instruments – aptaujas anketa. Par pētniecības metodi tika izvēlēta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Darbā izmantoti 39 literatūras avoti. Darbs sastāv no 49 lappusēm, satur 3 tabulas, 18 attēlus un 6 pielikumus. Atslēgas vārdi: māsa, māsas rīcība ,kompetence, pirmslaboratorijas etaps, diagnostika.

The theme of the diploma paper is “Nurse’s aggregation for material of laboratorial testing.” Nowadays incidence with different illnesses has risen in Latvia, so it is actual to find out nurses’ aggregation for material of laboratorial testing to make accurate diagnostics. It can help not only for diagnosing the illnesses in early stage, but also help employees of laboratory to provide for suitable needs for patients, safe, functionally modern and high quality laboratory service. Deliberative and correct nurse’s action in aggregation for material of laboratory testing is the main accessions for patients; because the diagnostics of the illness and further treatment depend on it. At the same quality and safety of the patient will be improved. Nurses will improve the ability to find out and understand the needs of the patients. The professionally and knowledge will be improved. The aim of the diploma paper is to establish nurse’s aggregation for material of laboratorial testing for accurate diagnostics. The tasks of the diploma paper are to do the research of the literature about aggregation for material of laboratorial testing for accurate diagnostics and do their analyses. Patricia Benner’s theory is applied in the research. The research’s instrument of the diploma paper is questionnaire to find out nurse’s aggregation for material of laboratorial testing for accurate diagnostics; to make analyses of acquired results; to make conclusions. The hypothesis of the diploma paper: Nurse’s aggregation for material of laboratorial testing for accurate diagnostics during the research was proved. The instrument of the research – questionnaire. The method of the research is quantitative method. In the diploma paper there have used 39 literature sources.
