| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā „Sabiedrības novecošanās ietekme uz veselības aprūpes finansēšanu Latvijā” tiek skatīts sabiedrības novecošanās process, kā arī tiek mēģināts novērtēt šī procesa ietekmi uz veselības aprūpes finansējuma apjomu. Vienlaikus darbā tiek apskatīti galvenie faktori, kas sabiedrības novecošanās apstākļos nosaka pieprasījumu pēc veselības aprūpes pakalpojumiem un nepieciešamo finansējuma apjomu. Darbā kā pētījumu metodes tiek izmantotas: dokumentu analīze, statistikas datu analīze, pētījumi un ekspertu intervijas.
Darba mērķis ir apskatīt sabiedrības novecošanās procesu un noskaidrot, kāda ir šī procesa ietekme uz finansējuma apjomu veselības aprūpei Latvijā. Darbā tiek izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: 1) analizēt sabiedrības novecošanās problēmu, tās noteicošos faktorus, attiecinot to uz Latvijas situāciju; 2)raksturot pieprasījumu pēc veselības aprūpes pakalpojumiem Latvijā; 3) raksturot pieejas veselības aprūpes izdevumu aprēķināšanā sabiedrības novecošanās apstākļos; 4) izpētīt, kādi faktori nosaka finansējuma apjomu veselības aprūpei sabiedrības novecošanās apstākļos; 5) noskaidrot ekspertu viedokli par sabiedrības novecošanās procesu.
Darbs sastāv no trīs pamatdaļām. 1) Novecošanās process, to ietekmējošie un noteicošie faktori; 2) Veselības aprūpes izdevumi sabiedrības novecošanās apstākļos; 3) Metodoloģija.
Darba galvenie secinājumi ir šādi: galvenokārt cilvēki vecuma grupā no 60 gadiem izmanto veselības aprūpes pakalpojumus, un izmaksas slimībām, ar ko šajā vecuma grupā slimo cilvēki, ir vienas no visaugstākajām. Pētījumi liecina, ka 50% no aptaujātajiem cilvēkiem vecuma grupā virs 60 gadiem ir pietrūcis līdzekļu, lai grieztos pie ārsta. Tas liecina, ka patiesais pieprasījums pēc veselības aprūpes pakalpojumiem ir vēl lielāks. Cilvēku skaits vecumā virs 60 gadiem turpina pieaugt, kas nozīmē to, ka arī pieprasījums turpinās pieaugt, līdz ar to pieaugs arī nepieciešamā finansējuma apjoms. Sabiedrības veselības stāvoklis un veselības aprūpes pieejamība ir ļoti svarīgi faktori, kas nosaka pieprasījumu pēc veselības aprūpes pakalpojumiem, kā arī nepieciešamā finansējuma apjomu. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor’s paper „The influence of the ageing of society on funding health care in Latvia” examines the process of ageing society and trends to evaluate it’s impact on the amount of financial resources. The paper trends to clarify what are the main factors that determine the demand for health care services and the amount of financial resources in the conditions of ageing society. The methods used to examine the research topic are: documental analysis, statistical data, surveys and expert interview.
The aim of the paper is to examine the process of ageing society and to clarify the influence on the amount of financial resources. The tasks of the paper are: 1) to analyze the problem of ageing society, it’s main determinants, referring it to the situation in Latvia; 2) to characterize demand for health care services in Latvia; 3) to characterize the approaches of the calculation of health care expenditures in the conditions of ageing society; 4) to investigate the factors that determine the amount of financial resources in the conditions of ageing society; 5) to clarify the opinion of experts about the process of ageing society.
The paper is organized in three parts: 1) The ageing process, it’s determinant factors; 2) Expenditures of health care in the conditions of ageing society; 3) Methodology.
The following conclusion can be made that mainly people over 60 years use the health care services and they suffer from diseases which treatment costs are one of the biggest. The surveys show that one half of people over 60 years can not afford health care services and therefore the real demand for health care services is higher. The number of people over 60 years is growing and the demand will increase as well. As a result the necessary amount of financial resources also will grow. Not only the demographic changes in the age structure of society determine the demand for health care services in the conditions of ageing society. The very important factor is the accessibility to health care that influence the quality of health of society. These two factors are very important determinants of the demand of health care services and amount of necessary financial resources. | en_US |
