Darbā ir veikta maleīnskābes četraizvietotā amonija sāļu kvalitatīvā analīze jonu pāru apgrieztās fāzes augstefektīvās šķidrumu hromatogrāfijas apstākļos, izmantojot oktadecilsilikagēlu saturošo sorbentu. Visiem paraugiem tika noteikti izdalīšanās laiki un aprēķinātas izdalīšanās faktoru vērtības pie dažādām metanola koncentrācijām eluentā un dažādām eluenta pH vērtībām. Izvērtēta sistēmas efektivitāte pret pētītajiem savienojumiem. Aprēķināta sistēmas sorbcijas brīvās enerģijas maiņa. Qualitative analysis of the quaternary ammonium salts of maleic acid in ion pair reverse phase HPLC have been provided on the octadecylsilica as stationary phase. The values of retention times have been determined and the values of capacity factors have been calculated for all compounds analyzed at the different concentrations of methanol and the different values of pH in mobile phase. Efficiency of the chromatographic system for all sorbates investigated has been evaluated. Free energy changes for the sorption process have been calculated.
