dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā noteikts dzelzs saturs nātrēs, kas ievāktas dažādās Latvijas vietās, un aptiekā nopērkamā nātru tējā. Paraugu sagatavošanai izmantota sausā un slapjā mineralizācija. Dzelzs satura noteikšanai izmantota atomabsorbciometrija, fotometrija un fotometriskā titrēšana. Ir noteikts dzelzs saturs augsnē, kurā nātres augušas, un izvērtēta tā uzsūkšanās spēja augā. Nātru ekstraktam ūdenī noteikts dzelzs saturs un izvērtēta dzelzs ekstrakcijas spēja. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Content of iron in nettles has been determined in nettles collected in different places in Latvia and in nettle tea purchased at the pharmacy. To prepare samples wet and dry mineralisation has been used. To determine content of iron in samples three methods have been used – photometry, atomic absorption spectroscopy and photometric titration. Content of iron has also been determined in soil from which the nettle samples have been collected and in water extract of nettle Absorption ability of iron from soil to nettle and extraction of iron ability from nettle to nettle water extract has been evaluated. | en_US |
