Abstract
Darbā analizēti darbinieku psihoemocionālie riski un izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi. Maģistra darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un divām empīriskajām daļām. Teorētisko daļu veido četras apakšnodaļas, kurās raksturota izglītības nozare, speciālās izglītības jomas īpatnības Latvijā, darba vides un psihoemocionālo risku teorētiskās nostādnes. Darba empīriskajā daļā ir apzināti un analizēti speciālās izglītības iestāžu darbinieku galvenie psihoemocionālie riski un definēti iespējamie preventīvie pasākumi to mazināšanai.
Pētniecībā izmantotās metodes ir:
•Somijas 5 baļļu metode vispārējo risku novērtēšanai,
•Rekomendējamais smaguma celšanas limits,
•Strādājošo aptaujas un intervijas.
Pētījuma bāzi veido deviņas speciālās skolas.
Darba noslēgumā pētniecības rezultāti atspoguļoti secinājumos un izvirzītajos priekšlikumos. The research of psychoemotional risks among staff and identification of the preventive activities for the risk reduction.The Master dissertations’ structure consists of three main parts – a theoretical part and two empiric parts. The theoretical part contains four subsections, which describe education sector in Latvia, characteristics of special education in Latvia, work environment and theoretical aspects of psychoemotional risks. The empirical part presents the most frequent psychoemotional risks indentified among the staff of special education institutions and possible preventive activities and solutions to decrease the risks.
Research methodology includes:
• Finland 5 level method for general risk evaluation;
• Reccomended weight limit for lifting;
• Surveys and interviews of employees in special education institutions.
