Reāllaika objektu projicēšana, izmantojot Android platformu

Abstract

Reāllaika objektu projicēšana ir viena no paplašinātas realitātes (Augmented Reality) sastāvdaļām un veidiem. Šis jēdziens apzīmē reālas pasaules skata paplašināšanu ar datorģenerētu informāciju. Šī tehnoloģija pēdējo gadu laikā sāk straujāk attīstīties tieši viedtālruņu un planšetdatoru jomā. Darba ietvaros tiek veikts pētījums, ar mērķi noskaidrot, kā var papildināt mobilajās ierīcēs iegūtos kameras datus ar objektiem. Pētījums tiek veikts Android ierīcēm. Darbā tiek izpētīta paplašinātas realitātes tehnoloģija, tas iespējamība Android. Tiek veikta izpēte par Android programmizstrādes detaļām. Apskatīti, analizēti un salīdzināti, jau eksistējošie risinājumi. Balstoties uz izpētes gaitā iegūtiem rezultātiem un zināšanām, tiek uzbūvēta lietotne, kas demonstrē paplašināto realitāti, kura balstīta uz objektu projicēšanu.

Real-time object projection is one of the augmented reality components and types. This term represents a real world view augmenter by computer-generated information. This technology has begun to grow more rapidly in recent years in Smartphone and tablet computer sphere. This thesis is written in order to explore how to supplement data from mobile devices with objects. The study is performed for Android devices. The thesis examines the augmented reality technology, its possibilities of use for Android. Research on Android software development components is done. Already-existing solutions are analyzed and compared. Application is built on the bases of the results and knowledge obtained during the research, which demonstrates augmented reality, based on the projection of the object.
