Darījumi ar vērtspapīriem un to izvērtējums Latvijā

Abstract

Katram finanšu tirgum ir savi nosacījumi. Arī vērtspapīru tirgum, kas ir viens no lielākajiem finanšu tirgiem pasaulē ir savi noteikumi un darbības principi. Savā būtībā tas ir sarežģīts mehānisms ar neskaitāmiem elementiem. Izejot no iepriekš minētā, maģistra darbs ir tapis ar mērķi izvērtēt darījumus ar vērtspapīriem un to attīstību Latvijā. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto darba mērķi – izvērtēt darījumus ar vērtspapīriem un to attīstību Latvijā, tika noteikti sekojoši uzdevumi: 1.Noskaidrot, kas ir finanšu tirgus. 2.Iepazīties ar vērtspapīru tirgus būtību. 3.Iepazīties ar biržu un tās lomu vērtspapīru tirgū. 4.Izvērtēt biržas NASDAQ Riga darbību. 5.Izanalizēt Latvijas Centrālā depozitārija darbību Latvijā. 6.Noskaidrot vērtspapīru tirgus attīstības tendences Latvijā.

Maģistra darba apjoms ir 112 lpp., 19 attēli, 30 tabulas un 6 pielikumi. Tika izmantoti 46 literatūras avoti. Darba izstrādes procesā tika iegūts apliecinājums tam, ka vērtspapīra tirgus ir viens no nozīmīgākajiem finanšu tirgiem un aizvien vairāk ieņem lielāku nozīmi Latvijas finanšu sistēmā. Each financial market has its regulations. The securities market, which is one of the financial markets in the world, also does have its own regulations and operational principles. In its essence it is a complex mechanism with countless elements. Taking into account the above mentioned, the master work has been prepared with the target to evaluate the dealings with securities and their development in Latvia. In order to reach the target set for the work – to evaluate the dealings with the securities and their development in Latvia, there have been set the following tasks: 7.To establish, what is the financial market. 8.To get acquainted with the essence of the securities market. 9.To get acquainted with the stock exchange and its role in the securities market. 10.To evaluate the operations of the stock exchange NASDAQ Riga. 11.To analyze the activities of the Latvia Central Depositarium in Latvia. 12.To establish the tendencies of the securities market development in Latvia.

The volume of the master work is 112 pages, 19 illustrations, 30 tables and 6 attachments. There have been used 46 literature sources. Within the process of the drawing up of the work out of the work there have been achieved the confirmation, that the securities market is one of the most significant financial markets and it is gaining even more importance in the financial system of Latvia.
