Diplomdarba autore ir Latvijas Universitātes, Starptautisko ekonomisko attiecību programmas 4. kursa studente. Veiktais pētījums ir „Franšīzes attīstība Latvijā un pasaulē”.
Diplomdarbā aplūkotas franšīzes kā specifiska komercdarījuma un savstarpējo ekonomisko attiecību veida attīstības tendences Latvijā, Amerikā un citur pasaulē, kā arī analizētas franšīzes uzņēmējdarbības veida iespējamā uzsākšana Latvijā.
Darba pirmajā daļā autore apkopo teoriju par franšīzi, kā arī ieskatās franšīzes vēsturē un tās attīstībā.
Darba otrā daļa veltīta franšīzes tiesiskā regulējuma, franšīzes līguma un franšīzes kā tādas specifiskās iezīmes.
Darba trešajā daļā autore analizēs jauna zīmola franšīzes atvēršanas iespējas Latvijā un ar to saistītus jautājumus.
Diplomdarbs sastādīts latviešu valodā. Tā apjoms ir 99 lpp, tai skaitā 7 pielikumi. Darba sagatavošanā ir izmantoti 39 literatūras avoti. The author of bachelor’s thesis is a senior International Business Relations student from the University of Latvia.
In this thesis author researched what is the Franchise development in Latvia, the United States and other places around the world, and what are the possibilities to start franchise development in Latvia.
This thesis is divided in three sections. In the first section franchise is explained in theory. Also it talks about its history and the development throughout the time.
The second section is dedicated to the legal matters of franchise.
In the third section the author is writing about development of a new brand franchise in Latvia and answering pertinent questions.
This senior thesis is written in Latvian. It consists of 99 pages and it has 7 attachments. To prepare this thesis 32 literature sources were used.
