Latvijas, Zviedrijas un Grieķijas investīciju vides salīdzināšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt un salīdzināt investīciju vidi Latvijā, Zviedrijā un Grieķijā, balstoties uz globālās konkurētspējas indeksa rādītājiem (GKI), noskaidrot, kuri no GKI pīlāriem ir vājāk attīstīti katrā valstī, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus šo pīlāru attīstības uzlabošanai. Pētījuma uzdevumi: atsevišķi izvērtēt investīciju vidi Latvijā, Zviedrijā un Grieķijā, balstoties uz globālās konkurētspējas indeksā ietvertajiem faktoriem, kas palīdz novērtēt investīciju vides pievilcību, veikt šo trīs valstu investīciju vides savstarpējo salīdzināšanu, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus investīciju vides pilnveidošanai minētajās valstīs, galvenokārt, Latvijā. Pētījuma rezultātā autore secina, ka investīciju vide katrā valstī atšķiras ļoti krasi. Investīciju vidi valstī ietekmē dažādu faktoru kopums, sākot ar nodarbināto veselības stāvokli un beidzot ar progresu inovāciju jomā. Balstoties uz šo faktoru izvērtējuma, Zviedrija visos reitingos ieņem līderes pozīcijas, Latvija ierindojas reitinga vidū, bet Grieķija, kurā pašlaik valda nemieri un ir saspīlētas gan ekonomiskās, gan politiskās attiecības, ieņem vēl zemāku vietu, nekā Latvija. The aim of the paper is to evaluate investment environment mainly in Latvia, Sweden and Greece, to compare the investment environment of the countries and to draw up proposals for its improvement. The tasks of the research: to evaluate the investment environment in Latvia, Sweden and Greece separately on the basis of the factors of the Global Competitiveness Index which help to evaluate the attractiveness of the investment environment; to compare the investment environment of the three countries; and to draw up the proposals for the improvement of the investment environment in the previously mentioned countries, mainly in Latvia. The result of the research implies that there is a sharp difference between the development of the investment environment in each country. The investment environment in the country is influenced by the set of different factors, such as state of health of employees, the progress in the field of innovations and others. According to the evaluation of these factors Sweden takes leader positions in all ratings, Latvia is in the middle of ratings, but Greece, where currently is a rebellion and tense both economical, and political relations , rates even in a lower position than Latvia.
