Latgales reģiona attīstības iespēju izpēte un risinājuma piedāvājums

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Latgales reģiona attīstības iespēju izpēte un risinājuma piedāvājums” mērķis ir veicināt transporta un loģistikas infrastruktūras attīstību Latgales reģionā. Darba ietvaros tika veikts pētījums par Latgales reģiona transporta infrastruktūras esošo situāciju, problēmām, kā arī tas iespējām un attīstības tendencēm, veicot ekspertu intervijas. Kā pamatproblēma tika identificēta nepietiekama transporta infrastruktūras attīstība Latgales reģionā, no kuras izriet izvēlēta risināmā apakšproblēma - slikta pievedceļu transporta mezgliem kvalitāte. Projekta ieviešanas rezultātā tiks iegūts rekonstruēts pievadceļš lidlaukam „Daugavpils”, veicinot autoceļu uzlabošanu reģionā, gaisa transporta potenciāla attīstību, kā arī pozitīvi ietekmējot Latgales reģiona transporta un loģistikas infrastruktūras attīstību kopumā. Darba apjoms ir 82 lapaspuses; tas sastāv no 6 attēliem, 9 tabulām un 43 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: Latgales reģions, transporta un loģistikas infrastruktūra, pievadceļu rekonstrukcija.

The objective of the Master's thesis “Research and solution of development opportunities in Latgale region” is to promote the development of transport and logistics infrastructure in Latgale region. Within this Master’s thesis framework a research on the current state of transport infrastructure in Latgale region, problems, as well as opportunities and main trends by conducting interviews with experts. The main issue was identified - lack of development of transport infrastructure in Latgale, which shows selected sub-problems to solve - poor quality of access roads to the transport hubs. Implementation of the project will complete the new access road to the aerodrome "Daugavpils", for promoting the improvement of roads in the region, air transport potential, as well as the positive impact of the Latgale region in transport and logistics infrastructure in general. Thesis consists of 82 pages, 6 images, 9 tables and 43 appendices. Key words: Latgale region, transport and logistics infrastructure, reconstruction of access roads
