Bakalaura darba tēma ir personāla motivācija kā noteicošais darba faktors uzņēmumā SIA „ MIAA”.
Bakalaura darba hipotēze ir šāda: SIA „MIAA” personāla motivācijas sistēma ir neefektīva, jo darbinieki ir neapmierināti un pamet uzņēmumu.
Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autors apskata motivācijas teorētiskos aspektus – personāla motivācijas kā vadīšanas funkcijas būtību, motivācijas sistēmu, motivēšanas veidus, kā arī izskata darbinieku apmierinātības ietekmējošos faktorus. Otrajā nodaļā autors aplūko motivēšanas analīzi uzņēmuma SIA „MIAA”. Trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatītas motivēšanas teorijas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā „SIA „MIAA”. Tiek analizēti ekspertu viedokļi un izteikti priekšlikumi personāla motivācijas pilnveidošanai.
Noslēguma daļā autors izsaka secinājumus par bakalaura darbā apskatītajiem motivācijas aspektiem, kā arī sniedz priekšlikumus uzņēmuma SIA „MIAA” personāla motivācijas pilnveidošanai. The theme of the Bachelor’s thesis is „The employee motivation as key factor in “MIAA”Ltd.
Bachelor's working hypothesis is as follows: SIA "MIAA" employee incentive system is inefficient because workers are unhappy and leaving the enterprise.
The thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the author examines the theoretical aspects of the employee motivation – the nature of employee motivation as a management function, motivation system and types of motivation, as well the factors affecting employee satisfaction. In the second chapter the author reviews employee motivation theories and what are the possibilities of their use today. In the third chapter the author carries out an analysis of the company’s motivation system and employee survey, as well as gives proposals for improving the employee motivation.
The final part of the author expressed in the conclusions of the work discussed bachelor's motivations, as well as proposals for company "miaau" employee incentive for improvement.
