Pūļa efekta novērtēšana perifērajā redzē

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā datorrakstā uz 34 lappusēm. Tas satur 21 attēlus, 3 formulas un 15 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: pārbaudīt, vai nodaļā izveidotā pūļa efekta novērtēšanas programma ir vienlīdz labi izmantojama gan pieaugušajiem, gan sākumskolas vecuma bērniem pūļa efekta noteikšanai. Metode: pētījuma dalībniekam, fiksējot skatu uz centrālo objektu, nosaukt vidējo burtu tripleta simbolu. Rezultāti: pūļa efekts novērojams gan pieaugušajiem, gan bērniem. Tā izpausme gan pieaugušajiem, gan bērniem ir lielāka redzes lauka kreisajā pusē. Nodaļā izstrādā programma ir pielietojama arī bērnu pūļa efekta novērtēšanai. The Bachelor Thesis „Assessment of crowding effect in peripheral vision” is written in Latvian on 34 printed pages. It contains 21 images, 3 formulas and 15 references to other papers. The aim: To check weather the method of evaluating crowding effect can be used for children. Methods: While fixating view on central object participants have to name the middle letter in letter triplet. Results: Crowding effect is observed not only for adults but also for children. For both adults and children crowding effect is higher in left visual field. The crowding effect program can be used to evaluate crowding for children.
