Guveņ kustība un frakciju konflikta aizsākumi Ziemeļu Sun dinastijā (960-1126):Cjinli reformu gadījuma izpēte

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Guveņ kustība un frakciju konflikta aizsākumi Ziemeļu Sun dinastijā (960-1126): Cjinli reformu gadījuma izpēte.” Intelektuālas domas dažādības ziņā Sun periods bija viens no bagātākajiem Ķīnas vēsturē. Daudzi izcili tā laika vīri, kuri sekmēja šo domu attīstību piederēja pie tā sauktas guveņ – senā literāra stila kustības. Šī kustība tiecās caur rakstīšanu transformēt sabiedrību atbilstoši senatnes paraugiem un bija vērsta uz aktuālāko politisko jautājumu risināšanu. Tās politiskais pamatmērķis bija restrukturizēt birokrātisko aparātu un nodrošināt noderīgāko vīru nozīmēšanu uz amatiem. Uz šīs viņu ideju bāzes izveidojās reformu programma, kura tika ieviesta 1044. gadā, bet tika apstādināta jau pēc 8 mēnešiem. Ideālistiski noskaņotie kustības locekļi sastapās ar tradicionālās birokrātiskas kultūras pārstāvjiem, kuru interesēs neietilpa kustības locekļu īstenojamie uzdevumi. Līdz ar to, valdības aparātā notika skaidra sašķelšanās, kuras rezultāta tika likts pamats nopietnam konfliktam un turpmākai Sun dinastijas sīvai frakciju cīņai. Tieši pateicoties savai sarežģītībai un daudzveidībai Sun periods joprojām tiek plaši pētīts sinoloģijā. Daudzas mūsdienu politiskās un ekonomiskās idejas sakņojas tieši Sun laikmetā un līdz ar to pētījumi šajā laukā palīdz mums izprast ķīniešu domas attīstības tendences. Šī darba pamatmērķis ir novērtēt konkrētas vēsturiskās epizodes nozīmību Sun dinastijas vēstures ietvaros un veidot epizodes interpretāciju atbilstoši autora redzējumiem. Darba gaitā tika secināts, ka Cjinli reformu gadījumam bija izšķiroša loma, noteicot turpmākās intelektuālās un politiskās domas attīstības virzienu.

The topic of this BA thesis is „Guwen Movement and the Origins of Factional Conflict in the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1126): The Case of the Qingli Reforms.” The Song dynasty, in terms of its multitude of thought, was one of the richest in the history of China. A great many brilliant thinkers of the time, who have contributed to this thought belonged to the so-called guwen – ancient style prose movement. This movement strived to transform society through writing in accordance with the standards of the antiquity and was thoroughly aimed at finding solutions for the actual political problems of the time. Its main political goal was to restructure the bureaucratic apparatus and ensure the selection of most capable men for the civil service. Their reform program was developed upon the basis of these ideas and implemented in 1044; however, only 8 months later it was brought to a halt. The idealistic members of the movement collided with the traditional bureaucratic culture representatives, whose interests the tasks carried out by the movement members did not fit. Thereupon the government underwent a split, giving rise to a serious conflict and the following Song dynasty bitter factional struggles. Owing to its complexity and diversity the Song period remains to be broadly researched within the field of sinology. Many contemporary political and economical thoughts take their origin in the Song; therefore further research in this field will help us to understand the tendencies in the development of Chinese thought. The main goal of this thesis is to define the significance of this certain historical episode within the framework of Song history and to reappraise the episode according to the author’s own views. During the course of the work it will be concluded that Qingli reforms played a crucial role in defining the direction of the intellectual and political thought development.
