Vācijas un Latvijas politisko jomu atšķirības un kopības, piemērs: parlamenta atlaišanas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Vācijas un Latvijas politisko jomu atšķirības un kopības, par piemēru ņemot parlamentu atlaišanas. Tēmas izpētē tiek aplūkota sociologa Pjēra Bjurdēna lauka teorija. Bjurdēna teorija nosaka, ka katra sabiedrība ir sadalīta laukos, kuri tiek pārvaldīti no konkrētām personām. Lauki var būt dažādi, tā piemēram, kultūras, sporta, ekonomikas vai politikas, kurš interesē šī darba autoru. Darbs liek uzsvaru uz to, kā cilvēki, kuri atrodas lauka centrā, nosaka varas virzību visiem pārējiem lauka dalībniekiem. Šī varas kustība tiek aplūkota padziļināti ar parlamentu atlaišanas piemēra palīdzību Latvijā un Vācijā. Tāpat darbā tiek aplūkots kā personas, kuras nosaka varu, izmanto satversmēs dotās katras valsts tiesības, lai turpinātu valdīt, vai arī mēģinātu pārņemt varu, izmantojot nacionālo parlamentu atlaišanu, kā arī vai procesā ir vērojamas kopīgas un atšķirīgas iezīmes.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the political differences and similarities in Latvia and Germany by the example of the dissolution of national parliaments. To complete the research the aspects of the sociological theory, namely the field theory of Pierre Bourdieu, have been used. The theory suggests, that the every society is divided in many fields, which are ruled by exact persons. These fields include culture, sport, economics and also politics. This research paper focuses of how the people, which are in the centre of the field define the power for all the actors around. This power moving definition is being looked closer at the example of dissolutions of parliaments in Latvia and Germany. This study shows how the persons, who define power, use the rights which are given by the constitutions of the concrete countries, are trying to rule further on, or are trying to get to the power using the dissolution of a parliament.
