| dc.description.abstract | Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt imunosupresoru patēriņu 2008. un 2009. gadu laikā, izmantojot divu aptieku recepšu datu bāzes. Atklājām, ka imunosupresori pārdoti galvenokārt Mēness aptiekā-2. Vecpilsētas Mēness aptiekā ir retāk. Visbiežāk izrakstīti ir: ciklosporīns, CellCept, Myfortic, Imuran, Sandimmun Neoral un Arava. Pacientu demogrāfisko datu analīze parādīja, ka imunosupresori izrakstīti pārsvarā sievietēm un pacientiem vecumā pēc 40 gadiem. Imunosupresīvo līdzekļu tirdzniecībā nav novērota sezonalitāte. Pārdoto medikamentu biežums pa mēnešiem ir ļoti dažāds. Imunosupresori ir izrakstīti galvenokārt pacientiem ar nieru transplantāciju, cita veida seropozitīvs reimatoīdais artrītu, medikamentu inducēta sistēmiska sarkanā vilkēdi un ar transplantētu sirdi. Lielākā izrakstīto zāļu daļa ir bijusi 100% kompensējamie medikamenti. Atklātā medikamentu ierosinātā imūnās sistēmas hipersensibilizācija mudina uzlabot farmakovigilances pētījumus.

Goal of this study was to investigate dispensing of immunosupressors in two community pharmacies located in Riga centre during years 2008 and 2009. We found that the most often these medicines were dispensed in Meness aptieka-2 and from sold immunosupressors the top medicines are: cyclosporine, CellCept, Myfortic, Imuran, Sandimmun Neoral, Arava. Demographic data of patients showed that mainly immunosupressors are sold to women and elder that 40 years age patients. Seasonality in the drug dispensing was not noticed. The most often drugs were prescribed to patients with kidney and heart transplants, as well as patients suffering from autoimmune diseases. Price compensation depends on diagnosis and majority of patients received 100% drug price compensation. Also, we found prescriptions of immunosupressors described for other medicines caused immune system hyper sensibility. This discovery may emphasize necessity for pharmacovigilance studies.
