Tuberkulozes pacientu izglītošana par veselīgu uzturu

Abstract

Pētniecības darba mērķis noskaidrot tuberkulozes pacientu vērtējumu par veselīga uztura nozīmi atveseļošanās procesā. Lai veiktu darbu, izveidota intervija, kurā ir iekļauti jautājumi par tuberkulozes pacientu zināšanām, kas saistīti ar tuberkulozes pacientu diētas īpatnībām. Intervijā noskaidrots, kā tuberkulozes pacienti orientējas veselīga dzīvesveida pamatprincipos un diētas īpatnību niansēs. Literatūras apskatā iekļauta nodaļa par tuberkulozes vēsturi, etioloģiju, patoģenēzi un epidemioloģiju. Par tuberkulozes izraisītāju un slimības gaitu, inficēšanās draudiem, ka arī diagnostikas un ārstēšanas metodēm. Intervijas dati apkopoti un veikti secinājumi, kas ļāva atbildēt uz izvirzīto jautājumu– kāds ir tuberkulozes pacientu vērtējums par veselīgu uzturu saslimšanas laikā? The aim of the research paper is to investigate and evaluate tuberculosis patients' knowledge about healthy food during recovery period. The author created interview consisting of questions about tuberculosis patients' knowledge of their dietary specifications. During the interview it was concluded that tuberculosis patients have general knowledge of healthy lifestyle and dietary details. Theoretical part consists of history of tuberculosis, etiology, pathogenesis and epidemiology as well as causes of tuberculosis and progression, threats of infection, its diagnosing and course of treatment. The author summarized interview data and made conclusions that allowed answering the main question - what is tuberculosis patients' knowledge about healthy food during recovery period.
