Sociālo kustību veidošanās: Zeitgeist piemērs Latvijā

Abstract

Sociālo kustību izpētes laukā izskanējuši aicinājumi par nepieciešamību apvienot galvenās teorētiskās perspektīvas – resursu mobilizācijas un jauno sociālo kustību. Šis darbs ir mēģinājums izmantot abu perspektīvu jēdzienus jaunas un globālas kustības izpētē, novērtējot tās kā atsevišķus izpētes līmeľus, kas atbild uz daţādiem, viens otru papildinošiem jautājumiem. Pētījumā tiek apskatīta Zeitgeist sociālā kustība, ļaujot pārbaudīt teorētiskos jēdzienus par kustībām tās rašanās laika posmā. Datu ieguves metode ir kvantitatīva tiešsaistes anketēšana. Call for necessity of combining main theoretical approaches – resource mobilization and new social movements has been raised in field of social movement research. This work is an attempt to use both approaches for research of new and global movement embracing them as separate levels of research, responsible for different questions complementing each other. This study looks at Zeitgeist social movement challenging theoretical concepts of movements at the time of its emergence. For gathering data a quantitative online survey method has been used.
