Portāla Draugiem.lv lietojums 10. Saeimas deputātu komunikācijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Portāla Draugiem.lv lietojums 10. Saeimas deputātu komunikācijā” ir izvirzīta problēma: vai deputātu komunikācija sociālo tīklu portālā Draugiem.lv veicina sabiedrības līdzdalību politiskajā komunikācijā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir ar kontentanalīzes un anketas metodes palīdzību: 1. Noskaidrot, kā un ar kādu mērķi sociālos medijus savā politiskajā komunikācijā izmanto 10. Saeimas deputāti; 2. Noskaidrot, kā šīs aktivitātes uztver auditorija, cilvēki, kas lieto sociālos medijus; 3. Izdarīt secinājumus, vai tiek veicināta politiskā līdzdalība. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā aplūkota politiskā komunikācija, interneta vides izmantošana politiskajā komunikācijā, sociālie mediji, to izmantošana sabiedrības politiskās līdzdalības veicināšanā. Pētījumā secināts, ka deputāti, izmantojot sociālo tīklu portālu Draugiem.lv, uztur politisko komunikāciju un veicina līdzdalību politikā, taču šis process ir tikai sākuma stadijā un ir nepieciešams mācīties un uzkrāt tiešsaistes komunikācijas pieredzi kā deputātiem tā arī auditorijai, kas iesaistās šajā komunikācijā. Kā rāda kontentanalīzes rezultāti, deputātu ierakstu daudzumam pēc 10. Saeimas vēlēšanām ir neliela negatīva tendence. Deputātu iesaiste komentāros un diskusijās ir ļoti zema gan pirms, gan pēcvēlēšanu periodā. Savukārt no anketas rezultātiem var secināt, ka neraugoties uz auditorijas salīdzinoši ievērojamo interesi par politiku, iesaistīšanās aktivitāte ir relatīvi zema.

Research problem of bachelor paper “The use of site Draugiem.lv in communication by elected members of 10th Parliament” is: does the communication in social network portal Draugiem.lv encourage public participation in political communication. The aim of the work is to clarify: 1. How and with what purpose elected members of 10th Parliament are using social network in their political communication; 2. How political communication via social networks is evaluated by public; 3. To draw conclusions of the public encouragement of political participation. On the theoretical part is revised political communication, internet and social media, the usage of internet and social media in political communication and promotion of public participation and political knowledge. The results of research shows that elected members of 10th Parliament using portal Draugiem.lv are forming political communication and are promoting political participation but only in a very beginner stage and is in a need of improvement of both sides – members of Parliament and also people, which is participating in this communication. As the content analysis results show than there is a negative tendency in the amount of records after the 10th Parliament elections. Also the participation in discussions and commentaries are on a very low stage. As the survey results show, people are interested in politics but level on engagement in discussions and commentaries are still very low.
