Tēma ir “Patērētāju attieksme pret zīmolu “IKEA””.Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot Latvijas iedzīvotāju, “IKEA” zīmola patērētāju un mazumtirgotāju viedokli, attieksmi un vērtējumu par zīmolu “IKEA”.Radošā daļa ir pamatota ar teorētisko daļu par:zīmola jēdzienu, patērētāju uzvedību, mārketinga komunikāciju un uzņēmumu internetā. Apakašnodaļās ir aprakstīta zīmola identitāte un zīmola vērtība, korporatīvais zīmols un korporatīvā identitāte.Metodoloģija ir izstrādāta vairākās pakāpēs,katras pakāpes rezultāti ir pamats nākamās pakāpes izstrādei.Kā pētniecības metodes tiek izmantota aptauja, fokusa grupa, intervijas un kontentanalīze.Empīriskās daļas rezultāti sniedz informāciju par esošo situāciju Latvijā un parāda to,kādas ir zīmola iespējas tirgū.Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas,metodoloģijas un empīriskās daļas.Atslēgvārdi: cena, kvalitāte, mārketinga komunikācija,patērētāju attieksme,sociālie mediji, zīmols, zīmola vērtība,“IKEA” The topic is “Consumer perception of the brand “IKEA””.The main goal is to determine opinion, attitudes and evaluation of the brand “IKEA” from Latvian residents, “IKEA” brand consumers and retailers.The creative part is based on the theoretical part of:brand concepts,consumer behavior,marketing communication and online business.Brand identity, brand equity,corporative brand and corporative identity are described in subsections.Methodology has been developed in several stages – results of each stage is the base for the development of every next stage. There will be used surveying, focus group, content analysis and interviews as a research methods. Collected data of the empirical findings provides information on the current situation in Latvia and shows possible opportunities for the brand in existing market.Thesis consists of theoretical part, methodological and empirical parts.Keywords:price,quality,marketing communication, consumer behavior,social media,brand,brand equity,"IKEA"
