Abstract

Maģistra darbā veikts pētījums par sociālās aprūpes iestādē strādājošo darba vides riska faktoriem, analizēta pieejamā literatūra par iespējamiem riskiem aprūpes darbā. Veiktas darbinieku aptaujas, kā arī fizikālo, ergonomisko un psihosociālo risku novērtēšana un izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, pirmajā nodaļā veikta analīze par aprūpes darbu cilvēkiem ar īpašām vajadzībām saistībā ar darba aizsardzību. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes. Rezultāti un diskusijas atspoguļoti trešajā nodaļā. Secināts, ka sociālajā aprūpē nodarbinātie pakļauti smagiem un emocionāli intensīviem darba apstākļiem, fiziskiem, ergonomiskiem un psihosociāliem darba vides riskiem. Izstrādātas praktiskās rekomendācijas.

Master thesis provides survey about work environment risks of providers of social care. Available literature is analyzed about possible risks in the social care jobs. Employee surveys are made, as well as assessment of physical, ergonomical and psychosocial risks and preventive measures are developed. Master thesis consists of 3 chapters. In the first chapter is made analysis of social care for people with special needs in the relation with labour safety. In the second chapter methods used in the master thesis are described. Results and discussions are reflected in the third chapter. Conclusion is made, that people employed in the social care jobs are under heavy and emotionally intensive working conditions, physical, ergonomical and psychosocial work environmental risks. Practical recommendations are developed.
