SIA "N.G.S." saimnieciskās darbības analīze ekonomiskās lejupslīdes apstākļos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „SIA N.G.S. saimnieciskās darbības analīze ekonomiskās lejupslīdes apstākļos”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma SIA N.G.S saimnieciskās darbības analīzi par 2005.-2009.g., izpētīt svarīgākās sakarības un tendences, atklāt pozitīvos momentus un trūkumus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus par uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanas iespējām. Bakalaura darbs rekomendēts SIA N.G.S. vadībai, lai rastu teorētisku un praktisku ieskatu par uzņēmuma stāvokli, tā izmaiņām par 2005.-2009.g, kam pievērst uzmanību, izstrādājot darbības plānus un stratēģiju. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trim daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir aprakstītas tautsaimniecības izmaiņas ekonomiskās lejupslīdes apstākļos. Otrajā daļā analizēta uzņēmuma organizatoriskā struktūra, vadības stili, un izstrādāta SVID analīze. Trešajā daļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma finanšu darbības analīze. Darba autore izmanto monogrāfisko pētījuma metodi, statistisko datu analīzi, salīdzinājuma, grupēšanas un grafiskās datu analīzes metodes, kā arī empīrisko metodi. Darba apjoms ir 75 lappuses, kas satur 12 attēlus, 12 tabulas, 23 literatūras avotus un 4 pielikumus. The subject of the bachelor thesis is “The analysis of economic activity of the company SIA N.G.S. in the context of a severe economic downturn”. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the economic activity of the company SIA N.G.S. for the period of 2005 – 2009 years, examine the important correlations and trends, find out the positive and negative moments and work out the suggestions to improve the business operations. The bachelor thesis should be recommended to the authority of the company SIA N.G.S. to get the theoretical and practical vision about the condition of the company and its alterations for the period of 2005 – 2009 years, it also points at what should be taken into account while elaborating the action plan and the strategy. The bachelor thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes the economic changes. The second part examines the organizational structure and management style of the company, as well as includes SWOT analysis of the company. The author uses the methods of monographic research, statistic analysis, comparison, the alignment and graphic methods of data analysis, and also the empiric method. The work consists of 75 pages containing 12 images, 12 tables, 23 literature sources and 4 attachments.
