Apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldīšana, novērtēšana un optimizācija

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldīšana, novērtēšana un optimizācija”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, 17 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba apjoms sastāda 95 lappuses. Darba sastāvā ietilpst 12 tabulas, ko šī maģistra darba autore izstrādājusi patstāvīgi. Darbā ir izmantoti 37 avoti, tajā skaitā, literārie avoti, interneta resursi, uzņēmuma publicēti materiāli un gada pārskati. Maģistra darba tēma ir viena no aktuālākajām Latvijas Republikas šodienas problēmām, šī tēma kļuva ļoti aktuāla kopā ar pasaules krīzes ietekmi uz Latvijas tirgu, jo esošajā situācijā, lai uzņēmums varētu izdzīvot un spēt attīstīties uzņēmējam ir pareizi jāpārvalda savs apgrozāmais kapitāls. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izanalizēt un noskaidrot apgrozāmo līdzekļa struktūru un apgrozāmo līdzekļu izmantošanas efektivitāti uzņēmumos SIA „Rimi Latvia”, SIA „Maxima Latvija” un SIA „Palink”, ka arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus, to optimizēšanai. Sakarā ar minētās problēmas aktualitāti, šajā maģistra darbā ir dota apgrozāmo līdzekļu definīcija un vispārējais raksturojums, izmantošanas efektivitātes noteikšana, pārvaldīšana un optimizēšana. Maģistra darba nobeigumā ir sniegti noteikti secinājumi un piedāvāti priekšlikumi par apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldīšanu un optimizāciju uzņēmumos SIA „Rimi Latvia”, SIA „Maxima Latvija” un SIA „Palink”.

The following theme was chosen for this diploma paper - « Working capital management, evaluation and optimization». The diploma paper consists of the introduction, three chapters, which, in their turn, include 17 subchapters, conclusions and appendices. The volume of the paper comprises 95 pages. 37 sources of information were used by the author for the writing of this paper; these sources of information include the, the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers, books and text-books, Internet resources and the public reports of the state organizations and international institutions. This master work topic is one of the most actual problems of today's Latvian Republic, the topic was very up to date with the global crisis on the Latvian market, as the situation exists for the firm to survive and be able to develop in future, entrepreneurs should properly managed their working capital. Master work aim is to analyze and clarify the structure of current assets and working capital efficiency in the companies - SIA „Rimi Latvia”, SIA „Maxima Latvija” un SIA „Palink”as well as create proposals for their optimization. Due to the urgency of these problems, this diploma has commented on the concept and general characteristics of the efficiency of its administration and optimization. Master work finally has to make certain findings and offer suggestions on working capital management and optimization of enterprises SIA „Rimi Latvia”, SIA „Maxima Latvija” un SIA „Palink”.
